Tiffany Homan is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Board-Certified Nurse Coach and a Registered Nurse with a decade of experience in emergency medicine. After years spent supporting others in high-intensity clinical environments, she began to see what often lives beneath the surface humans who are capable, driven, and deeply caring, yet disconnected from their bodies, their needs, and their aliveness.
Her work now centers around guiding people back home to themselves. Through a trauma-informed, nervous system-based approach, Tiffany supports individuals in reconnecting to their bodies, building capacity, and learning how to be with what is real whether that’s expansion, discomfort, desire, grief, or joy. She works at the intersection of somatics, identity, and embodied leadership, helping clients navigate both their personal lives and their professional paths with more presence, trust, and internal alignment.
But beyond the titles and training, Tiffany is a woman who lives what she teaches. She is deeply connected to movement, rhythm, and music something that has been with her for as long as she can remember. Dance is not just something she does, it is a language, a way of processing, expressing, and coming alive. You’ll often find her moving, swaying, or unapologetically shaking her booty whether in a facilitation space or simply in the middle of everyday life.
Soul Flow™ Embodiment is an extension of that energy. It is a space where structure softens, where the nervous system gets to breathe, and where movement becomes a portal back to self. Blending somatic awareness with playful, intuitive dance, Tiffany invites others into an experience that is less about getting it “right” and more about feeling, exploring, and remembering what it’s like to be fully alive in their bodies.
Her work is both grounded and expansive where science meets soul, and where healing and aliveness are not separate, but deeply intertwined.
