This 90-minute experience is a chance to reset your energy for the holiday season and learn tools and practices to connect back to your SELF energy. Courtney will facilitate a SoulFlow™ embodiment session to drop you into your body and then Alyson Haines will perform Reiki on the group. It'll be a chance to move, release, and receive through meditation, music, mantra, and movement.
