SoulFlow™ Embodiment is an intuitive practice and doesn't follow any choreography. Think of it as an intentional dance party, in a safe non judgmental community. You can expect meditation, along with some somatic practices, free movement, & guidance from me. This is an opportunity to listen to your body and move as much or as little as you want. You will receive benefits from this practice just by being in the space of the work and trusting your bodies knowing. Everything is an invitation in this practice. I invite you to go all out, to place your inner critic to the side, have fun, and to be in the magic of co-creation with others!
