SoulFlow™ Master Practitioner Blair will lead us through a somatic experience to honor your own sacred needs and emotions, while learning how to create and uphold healthy boundaries. Combined with a grounding Reiki session led by Amanda Sanchez to further anchor into your most embodied and empowered self.
